Languages

The languages Glot speaks.

Every conversation holds two of them, chosen when it starts: one of you speaks one, the other speaks the other. From then on each person talks and reads in their own.

Choosing them

In the app, the picker lists each language in its own name, with the ones you used last close to hand. A meeting holds two languages too, and each person who joins picks which is theirs.

What you read

Each message shows the translation large, in your language, with the words as spoken small beneath, so the speaker can check what was heard and put it right.

In beta

Some languages, accents and noisy places work better than others while Glot is in beta. The list grows, and the app's picker is always the current one.
